I saw a Flagstaff Classic 832lKRL on the website. We went over there to find out it was not on there lot and had to pay down to have it brought to them from Young Harris Ga. We drove a hour over there to check the camper out and found that 2 of the slides were not working properly and one slide had 2X4 under the slide on the outside camper. First slide in the living space went out and just before it stopped it DROP DOWN HARD! THE BEDROOM SLIDE WIGGLES WHEN CAME IN. I ask them about it and a service guy came over and said he could FIX IT. We went back 2nd time after being told they fix it." NOT" 3rd TIME THE SAME , AGAIN NOTHING DONE! The 4th time I was called by the manager and he stated " THEY HAD FIXED IT." No difference on the slide except they had painted the 2X4 black to bandaid it to get it sold. I was really hoping to bring it home and made it mine but after 4 time of going over there and hour each way and feel like I was lied too . They just want to make a sale!! BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING FROM THEM.

Can’t say enough about the service and sales of this company. They fixed my travel trailer brakes with a call same day and took the time to show us their boats the lot. We will definitely be back.

We purchased a travel trailer and was not happy with it. Management took really good care of us and let us choose another camper. We cannot say enough about the customer service at this place! The service department is top notch! Had several things added to camper and they did a wonderful job. It’s nice to have a place to go to where the customer is first. Thanks to all!

Duncan and Taylor were great! We took our DX3 in for a propane and auto jack issues. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. Keep up the good work!!
