Yellow Bluff Marina Community

Yellow Bluff neighborhood, pool and marina are all a beautiful area in Midway that has the most magnificent views, water access and lots of newer cottage homes with fabulous finishes such as trex porches, brick walkway, metal roofs, long lasting Architectural shingles and more.

We were there to launch our boat and I met Kevin the new owner very nice gentleman very helpful. Got the boat in the water late Friday evening Kevin noticed the water pump wasn't pumping like it should we set it back on the trailer and after I corrected the problem the next day Kevin took care of me did not charge me again He launched the boat and then pulled it back out after our fishing trip. He was very careful and paid attention to detail not to damage the boat. I hope he does well with the marina. Thank you for your help Kevin. Mike(Chattanooga)

After a ten year hiatus I returned to Yellow Bluff looking for a retirement place. Boy was I shocked. Very little new development on the marsh side of the property. Many vacant lots just like ten years ago. A number of existing houses empty and for sale. Two that I look at had been left unlocked. Both with smoke alarms sounding off as though they hadn't been attended to by the realtor in some time. The club house was locked. The outside was dirty. Pavers around pool had weeds growing up through them. Stairs to second level were dirty with thousands of dead mosquito present. The caretakers hut beside had door standing open with junk scattered around the inside. Not sure if there was any fish bait in the tanks. I saw only two cars. No boats. That part of the property seemed nearly vacant and almost creepy compared to ten years ago. The townhomes appeared occupied but the buildings were unkempt with green moss or mold growing on some of the siding. I left there disappointed and wandering "What's. going on here." On the other side of the main highway and away from the bluff overlooking Ashley Creek 25 or so charming new homes have been built. Very nice.

Been going here since I was a little girl/born. My grandparents own a house in Yellow Bluff and is well known by the community. I love how relaxing, quite and beautiful this place is! Always a good place to call your "second home."
