Xtreme Cove Marina (Lake Eufaula)la

Had a bad experience when I took the kids to the swimming pool, I mentioned to the front desk lady that the handicap chair wasn’t working. Mind you they charged us eight dollars per child for them to swim, even though there was nobody there and we own two boat slips at the marina. Maintain freedomWhen I explained that my mother was handicapped and had planned on coming there after church, she gave me a very hard time and was very rude. After we left, we went back to the marina, only to be confronted by A man and woman at the convenience store, kicked us out of the marina and told us never to come back, as I was explaining, your equipment is the problem, not me talking about it to your front desk help. Totally disgusted by the experience, and embarrassed in front of the kids.

We have been renting from them for 3 years and every year has been great. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices and love the different rental times that they offer.

Once a year, my company organizes a Lake Day down at Eufaula, and for the past three years, we've had the pleasure of using Xtreme Cove Marina. Every experience with them has been outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to accommodate our needs. Our company has used Xtreme Cove Marina boats for our Lake Day Event..not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES because their service, hospitality, and knowledge are just too good. They're staff treat us like we've been old boating buddies for years. As the person who helps organize this event, I seriously can't recommend them enough.
