West Wing Marine

I was told when I dropped the outboard motor off that it would be 6 weeks before it could be looked at. At the end of 6 weeks, I called to check on the status of the repair. I was told that they were extremely backed up and they would call me when they got to it. Another 2 weeks went by with not a word from them. I called again to check on the status and was told that they still hadn't gotten to it and didn't know when they would. I told them that I would be stopping by to pick it up, which I did the following day. Obviously, they are doing good business -wise and a small job like mine, well they didn't have time for. So, I took my business elsewhere.

Trish and Ike are excellent folks and follow through with their commitments. They were clear about the pricing and the amount of time it would take to repair our hot tub. Yes, a hot tub acrylic repair! Due to the location of the repair, no spa repair company would accept the challenge. When Ike was done with the repair, the color blended with the existing acrylic and the seat was smooth. We are very happy with the service and level of craftsmanship. We highly recommend!

This is the first time I have done business with them. They were very professional and made me feel like family, after leaving their shop I ended up getting stranded on the side of the road and without hesitation the owner came to me and got me back on the road. They were very knowledgeable and deff have my business from now on thanks again!

I've used them for everything from bearings on my trailer to installation of the Humminbird Helix 12. They have completely rewired my entire boat, they have installed pin anchor systems, serviced my motor, etc. Enough can't be said about this 8th wonder of the world. They are a hidden gem and a swiss army knife of capabilities for anything you may need on your boat. If you need something done and want to skip the standard 6-10 weeks speech, pick this shop because you won't be disappointed.

Trish and Ike are the nicest people to deal with. It’s nice going to a boat repair shop and not have to deal with bad attitudes. I will be using them for all my boat needs from now on. Highly recommend.
