Called for a ski service. They had my ski back in 6 days!! Great communication the whole time and fair price. They took the time to speak with me and explain everything so I understood. Great people, great work! Thank you Sam and Vicki!!

Thank you Vicki and Sam for your knowledge and expertise! Please be advised… Do not to use Mountain Motorsports in Roswell, Georgia. We took our jet ski in for service, the electric panel read that the key was not being recognized. After being contacted by the company that the issue was fixed, my husband went to pick up the jet ski. First of all, they had the incorrect keys for our jet ski. Further more, the display still showed the same issue, key was not reading. The tech had removed our one year old battery and replaced it with one of theirs, and thought the issue was fixed. That said, after speaking to the manager we did not have to pay the $400,- US dollar that we were billed for a diagnostic service and a battery, that wasn’t even needed in the first place. Once again, the jet ski still had the same issue and was never fixed. This is Watercrafters Service Description after the service at Mountain Motorsports… -Incorrect battery was installed by other shop. It was a flooded-cell type, incorrect model number.( they installed YN30L-B instead of YB30CL-B), which means the battery vent is in the incorrect location, and therefore the vent hose cannot be connected, which allows hydrogen gas to be vented into the hull( fire and/ or explosion hazard). Battery vent hose was disconnected when brought in, laying down in hull next to battery. We replaced the battery with correct sealed AGM type. FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD!?!?!? Our daughter and son are using the ski. Btw… the problem was 3 circuits on the bus bar. Bus bar was repaired and fuse box reinstalled, the jet ski was repaired. “DO NOT” trust in a beautiful façade. A business is only as good as their owners and technicians knowledge, which apparently is non existing at Mountain Motorsports. Putting people’s lives at risk, in harms way, possibly losing their life’s. I am utterly disgusted. We are immensely grateful for Watercrafters services, and for preventing a tragedy!!! We highly recommend their business, and moving forward will only use their services.

Last year we purchased a used pair of Yamaha jet skis. We had them serviced by someone else this winter and found they ran horribly when we put them back in the water. We took them to WaterCrafters and they fixed it quickly and spent time educating us on how to avoid the problem again and gave us lots of other care tips. Sam was fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable. I felt like their advice and their repair prices were very fair. They will be our servicing dealer from here forward. Great team!

Outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and practical approach to watercraft maintenance! I have had my Seadoo Speedster 155 Jet Boat, "Highest & Be$t," fully serviced, winterized, and a full detail cleaning with WaterCrafters and could not be more satisfied. Sam was able to logically troubleshoot some of the factory anomalies with my Jetboat and come up with common sense solutions. I bought my boat used and with very little knowledge of it's history and conditions. Sam was able to quickly inspect and service my boat in time for the last weeks of the 2017 boating season and return the boat to it's "highest and best" condition! I trust Sam and Vicki for all my service needs . It's worth the tow in from north Lake Keowee!!
