I store my boat at this marina, gave them my repair work, and try to be a good customer. I scheduled a 100 service on my motor in February, ‘23. I added two things - repair a broken switch and check my trim tabs. My bill was $3,321. They charged me $345 to tell me my trim tab didn’t work and I need a new pump. They said my bilge pump needed replacing ($603). These two things were covered by my Sea Ray warranty….but they aren’t Sea Ray dealers. I should have been told that. They charged me $220 to replace my interior lights switch. That’s fine…but it still doesn’t work and I paid the bill 6 weeks ago. All I get now is “crickets”. I scheduled a time to have my boat out on a service rack so I could clean it. I got there with a buddy and we were all ready to go.…no water. The county had the water turned off, no idea when it would be on. I realize it’s not their fault, but do you think I got a call to tell me there was no water? No. The dock guys are very nice and do there job for me. The restaurant is great. I also like the app to schedule my launch. The service side is just awful! It’s no wonder they don’t allow outside vendors.

Horrible service department and Horrible customer service. Took my boat in for annual service. Had to keep calling because they would not call me. Service took almost a month to complete. Got my boat back, do a test run and the starboard engine is not going over 5K rpms. Take it back and still do not get a call back, I call only to find out the person that was helping me was no longer employed with them. They explain that there was a broken spark plug and coil which they had replaced when the service was done. Get the boat back and they bill me for replacing the spark plug and coil which they broke during the annual service. When I called to complain the service manager said they would look into it and 10 days later still have not heard back. Very disappointed with the staff and service at Walker's Marine in Naples. Do not take your boat for service there

I am not a boat owner but my friends are. They have all good things to say about Walker's. They store their boat and when they are ready to go out boating they just notify and the boat magically appears in the water from storage. I, being a visitor, enjoyed watching the giant lift pull boats out and drop them in the water carefully for each client. They're very organized they're very nice and polite and they get things done on time, boats gassed up for you and after you come back you just jump off the boat with your things and they take care of everything. My first time really seeing anything like this and it was pretty freaking amazing. These guys have it down like clockwork. There's also a great little bar there with a pool and hot tub which we enjoyed. Food is served however I did not order anything. The ladies at the bar area were also wonderful to talk to and very considerate, quick with service and just kind of people all around.

Out on a friends boat.. ..returned to marina and was unable to dock because boats were stacked 3 deep. We had an elderly woman on the boat who was unable to climb over 3 moving bobbing boats to get off. Early in before dinner and not one dock person around. Like no boats had been out away all day!!!! Does anyone work at this place.......oh they take boats out......but it doesn't look like putting boats away is part of the job description!!!! Totally unacceptable to leave boats stacked up like that....not one available spot to allow passengers to get off.
