Walker's Marine Cape Coral

Two months ago, I had them do a full service on my boat. Everything was done on time. They use top quality oil and filters. I just recently dealt with a minor power loss issue after almost 50 hours. I had no idea what the issue could be. They found out the spark plug was loose and completely covered it. They did not charge anything. Most businesses would take advantage of a situation like this. These guys are great and can completely be trusted with anything you take them. You can expect an honest answer and an honest diagnosis. Kim is so easy to deal with! I highly recommend these guys!

Want to say thanks to Kim at Cape Coral service , over the years I’ve owned my Cobia she has been most helpful and responsive to my needs and help with my services. Just want to say thanks for all your help!

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. All around awful experience over the last two years dealing with a lemon that was purchased from Walker’s. Issue after issue, revolving door of excuses to remedy the situation. $115,000 down the drain. One positive is they do have several employees which are truly good people and try to help, but unfortunately those employees are limited within the corporate world of Walker’s. And their service team is an absolute joke and borderline fraudulent. Learn from our mistake and do your homework. I couldn’t recommend more to take your business elsewhere.

In the market for our first salt water boat. Stopped in for info and brochures. Spoke with sales, parts and service, even the kid pumping gas. Every single employee was courteous and helpful. Looking forward to a future customer experience.

I recently had Walker's Hideaway Marine perform a mechanical inspection, of site, for a boat I am purchasing. The mechanical services and scheduling were coordinated through Kim at the Cape Coral location. I could not be more pleased with Kim's responsiveness to my request and the processing of necessary service paperwork. The mechanical inspection was completed as agreed and on time. Within an hour of the mechanical inspection Kim provide me with several reports, via email, containing the requested mechanical analysis and engine details. I seldom write reviews - but I was beyond impressed with the level of service offered by Kim and her associates.
