Valley Marine

Really great experience purchasing a boat from Valley Marine! I called to ask about what options they had and spoke to Sylvia who was great. Andy and Kyle reached out immediately and were super helpful. Kyle answered a million questions and was amazing to work with! He was super knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and very down to earth, which I really appreciated. Kyle has been very responsive and great to work with even after the purchase, which is not always the case. Several friends had highly recommended that I reach out to Valley Marine when they heard I was looking for a boat. They said that their customer service and expertise were the best in the area, and that is exactly what I experienced. I had reached out to another local dealer early on in the process and they were very arrogant, which is the exact opposite of what I experienced at Valley. Thank you Kyle for going above and beyond to make this such a great experience! You’ve earned my loyalty!

Was going to spend money at valley marine to winterize my boat. Today, lady on the phone was completely unprofessional. She had the short tone of "why did you even call me" I simply asked about winterization service and she snapped back at me, "we don't take appointments, we get it done when it's done" I don't understand how a company can keep people like this on the front end of their business? I will not take my boat here ever again, screw this place.

Recently bought a used Malibu from Valley Marine from out of state. Kyle was absolutely fantastic to work with: responsive, honest, transparent, and an all around joy to work with. Buying a boat 12 hours away is no easy task, but I couldn't have imagined it going much smoother. Our family is really happy with our purchase. Just wish we were closer so we could keep using Valley Marine for service and any future boat purchases.

Poor customer service, does not call back to keep updated. In response to the owners comment. We called multiple times that day, left a message and no one had the decency to called us back. It wasn’t until I physically went into the store that we got an answer. So, no.. it wasn’t that the parts were delayed or you couldn’t find them. It was the fact that no one had the courtesy to call and inform us that the parts will not be in. Not to mention, when he asked you to get other parts besides the shaft, you dismissed it and gave us everything back. This had nothing to do with parts, just your customer service of lack of communication and listening.

Bought a used wakeboard boat from Valley Marine in the spring. They have a beautiful showroom with an on-site lake to test drive your future boat. The owner Andy was genuinely interested in finding a boat that would fit our budget and needs. They took a boat in on trade that was in the right price range and had the features we were looking for and Andy called us about it right away. Pricing was fair and Valley agreed to a list of fixes/maintenance before delivery. Andy helped us arrange financing at a lower rate than we found on our own and helped us find insurance at a lower rate than we found on our own. Valley fixed all the agreed items in a timely matter and delivered the boat on the agreed date. One small issue came up after the sale and they also fixed that. Would buy from them again.
