This is the well-marked watercraft access for Upper Genesee Lake, located in Highway 67. I did not venture down to the lake, so I can't comment on the trail/portage condition. This appears to be for car-top watercraft (not boat trailers), so a heads-up on that.
I have not fished Upper Genesee Lake either, so don't know how good the fishing is there.
