Great place to launch a kayak. Several people also launched ~15 ft. gas engine boats at low tide with no issues when I was there, too.

No water in the channel.
Not maintained by dredge aparently.
Watermen have the channel marked by pvc pipes.
A nightmare to fet in or out of.
Dont try it.
