Ron was professional on the phone answered right away. Worked me into his schedule that was already booked out three days. Arrived when he said. Checked problem, went and got coach batteries and installed just like he said. The charge for batteries and labor was reasonable. The next day he came back because the slides wouldn’t work because of a blower fuse. He got them working quickly. More people should be like Ron. Smart,professional, business man that is willing to work with people. Definitely recommend his services!

Ron is a master of his craft. He was able to get my old furnace up in running in less than an hour. Nobody in Billings had the parts I needed and to order them would have taken a week. I didn't have a week as we are living full-time in our old motorhome and December in Montana can get a bit cold!!!! Ron stocks all the parts he possibly can to perform a timely and cost effective repair for his customers. I won't hesitate to use his services again in the future if the need arises. Since I retired, I have been using my older RV more extensively, and over several years Ron has skillfully analyzed, repaired and updated a whole list of complex electrical, plumbing, and structural issues. He is honest and very straightforward. He is good at diagnosing problems, and he explains in advance what he can do. He is prompt in responding to calls and in getting work done. He is proud of his knowledge and skills and he is pleased to do a good job in a workmanlike and professional manner, and then explain his work invoice after completion. His invoices are detailed and his service fees are fair. Best of all, he is so efficient that his hourly repair fees total much less than those of any RV dealer or service center. Although I live in Billings and take my RV to his (unusually neat) repair place, located close to I 90 at the Lockwood exit (US 87 Exit, Exit 452), I know Ron has a fully equipped van to provide mobile RV service throughout the surrounding Billings area.
