I suppose this review is long overdue, but I've been buying parts from Lee for several years now, to bring an old boat back to life and keep it running. Him and his wife are very honest and knowledgeable, and always put you on the right track. I always call TSM first, because even most of the dealers in the area recommend them, due to their work quality and incredible ability to source parts. Don't get ripped, make the trip!

Horrible experience, steer clear!!! We ordered two powerheads from TSM Performance, a 1995 Mercury sport jet and a 1998 Mercury 115. They were ordered in April 2021 and were promised to ship within 2 weeks. They did not ship until late June 2021. The 1998 Mercury 115 powerhead arrived and we installed it and ran it. in the first test run on muffs it would not run right and we found the upper crank seal was leaking due to a incorrect seal being installed. The 1995 Mercury sport jet powerhead arrived and we went to install it and it had an incorrect crankshaft spline and would not mate with our jet pump due to the wrong crankshaft being installed. When we ordered both units the s/n was given to ensure we received the correct engines/parts. We have contacted Lee several times over the past months to resolve these issues. There has been no attempt by TSM to resolve these issues. They will not honour their warranty. Right from the beginning I was lied to starting with the expected ship date, they promised the world and did not deliver. I highly recommend looking for a different engine rebuilder, do not waste your time or money with TSM!!!

The absolute BEST! From fast shipping of my piston kit, to answering questions the first machine shop had about boring the sleeves, then fixing everything the first machine shop messed up, with the added bonus that they will actually treat you like a human being. If you're in need of any boat service, save yourself the huge headache I had. Start here and you won't need to go anywhere else. Incredibly fair prices, and the highest quality work I've seen in a long time(probably ever). Thank you for everything!

Took my boat here for an engine rebuild quote. I dropped it off overnight, called the next day and gave them my contact information and what I was looking for. They said it wouldn't take too long for them to get me the quote. I called about a week later and the guy wanted to know what I wanted to do with the engine. I reiterated I just wanted a rebuild qoute. They said they'd have it in a few days. I had to call back a few days later after again not receiving a call back. In the end they gave me a fair rebuild quote and even an offered to buy my broke engine. Overall this lack of communication has been my experience with nearly every marine related business and remains an annoyance.
