One of the nicest and well cared for "trailer parks" in Manatee County, Florida. I lived here for the first year I spent in Florida and enjoyed the people and the nice location and many amenities. I highly recommend you take a look if interested in a wonderful place to live and be part of a caring community!

Seems like a really nice place. They have a public marina inside the park. You have to be an owner to launch, but can gas up and get bait

I just love this community..there is a full service marina here with anything you'd ever need...everyone is very friendly. The pool is wonderful. The houses are great because you have your own deep water access and lift. It serves a marina focused lifestyle.
