After my suv was hit by a semi while I was at work end of September, I couldn't get an appointment through the dealership for over 2 weeks. And even that was just for the estimate. A separate appointment would then be made for a different date to start the repairs. So I was looking out 2 plus months. Also the hassle of emailing and dealing with the trucking company's insurance (since they were responsible).
Never been in a situation like this and was recommended to Trail Autobody & Marine by my Avon lady.
Let me just say, from the minute I walked in the door, Shannon was ready to help. She basically took over from there for me. Because of her, the back and forth with the trucking company was all handled through her. I was able to get into a rental quicker, and they took my vehicle in. She kept me up to date in the emails and let me know what was going on.
I was thinking it was going to drag on into winter but, I just picked my vehicle up today! And what an AMAZING job the mechanics did!! Can't even tell anything happened!!!
And it was all done up to dealership warranty standards.
THANK YOU

Original review Good work. A bit pricey.
Used them again.
New review. 2nd time we've used Trail Autobody and Marine for our boat... Always hard to deal with Dock Scars on my own so bringing it to Brian and crew is automatic. This time they were over the top with their work. The boat looks pretty much like new and they finished a half week earlier than estimated. Highly recommend them.

Extremely friendly and down-to-Earth staff. I brought my '14 Camry in to receive an estimate on a new door assembly and front left fender. Shannon was very frugal when considering what would be the most cost-effective process while balancing what would still look high quality....her strategy and estimate was over 1,500$ cheaper than the next lowest estimate I received from the other local autobody shops (Phil's and Caliber)! Once we ordered the parts (thank the Lord there were salvaged parts with the same color as my sedan) they were flexible with when I could bring my car in to get repaired.
Matt is also a freaking rockstar. He estimated he would get the repairs done within 2 days, however he was done in under 7 hours! He even buffed out/touched up additional marks and dings on my car and fixed my front and rear bumpers without me asking. God bless you sir. For anyone reading this review, know that I rarely make Google reviews of businesses (in fact, this is my 2nd one ever) but these guys are very deserving of some praise. I would highly recommend this shop to family/friends/coworkers in the area.

A couple of days ago, I got my door dinged in the Costco parking lot. So, I decided to take my car to a few places to get repair estimates, and fortunately the first place I went was Trail Autobody & Marine!
The folks there were very friendly and helpful --- so much so, they fixed my ding without charging me anything! It turns out that although it looked kind of bad, my paint actually wasn't damaged at all, and they were able to clean and polish the door in just a few minutes. There is still a bit of a dent in the door, but you can't even see it unless you know where to look.
So, they get high marks from me for integrity and helpfulness, and they're definitely the first people I will call if I ever have a more serious paint/repair problem.
