Tracker Marine Boat Center

I dropped off my boat for winterizing service. They had it ready within a week. Awesome service, very quick and easy to do business with.

I did not get work, but the experience for getting a quote made me feel to post this. I called to get a quote on some flooring. They said they dont normally do that but could install it on an hourly rate. I was told they were 3 weeks out and that it would take about two weeks. I would need to leave my boat there for them to do the work. So my boat would need to sit for 3 weeks waiting for them to work on it. I asked if I could pay a deposit to hold my spot, so I just drop it off when they can do the actual work. I was told that they dont take appointments for that type of work, and if I wanted it done, I needed to leave it there. To be honest, I felt like they were placating my request with no interest or intention of doing the work when they should have said no, we dont do the work.

Great people, took their time to go over everything and delivered when they said they would

Customer service is always friendly. Great communication while repairs are getting done. They diagnosed and fixed my Ulterra trolling motor when it was not deploying. This is where I picked up my new tracker deep V boat after purchasing through bass pro shop. They do a great walk through of your new purchase.

Always good customer service. I have not had a single issue in the last 3 years getting my boat in and out. The staff is always friendly and prompt. I recommend them to anyone who needs a service center for their boating needs.
