Jerry met me and did a great job understanding my needs. I was only coming in to get my livewells checked but as we talked I asked Jerry if they could do winterization and some simple repairs to my trailer as well. He was very accommodating. I wish the other boat shops in the area were as customer service oriented. Thanks Jerry!

I have my 9.9hp merc serviced there regularly. Steve (mgr) is very accomodating, and personable. He has lot's of tips and tricks to help keep my engine running smooth. Very happy with my service there.

If you need work done this is not the place to go, they only fix what they can amd just send you home with a broken machine and just make up some stupid excuse. Tracker refuses to return the product and give us a new one like we paid for, don't do business with tracker and don't buy their atvs from basspro. Product is below average.

Little disappointed in the quality of work.... I would have rated this lower had it not been for the friendly staff there in the office and the guy (chris) who went over what I wanted done when I dropped it off Had two graphs installed and a transducer on the transom. I would have done this stuff myself, but I wanted a professional, clean installation. That's not what I got... The screws holding the mount to the dash were all stripped. Some of the screws had worked themselves completely out during the trip home. The screws holding the graph to the mount panel were incorrectly put in at an angle and didn't even make it through the fiberglass. The cutout was so rough that the screws barely made it through it. I spent 2-3hours taking everything apart and getting new hardware at the store to mount it properly. In addition to all of this, they didn't vacuum the mess they made in the carpet nor wipe down the debris on the dash. Seems odd given they work on brand new $60k bass boats. I had this boat pristine when it came in and it should have left in same condition. I hate leaving reviews like this, but c'mon...take some pride in your work. I've never worked on someone's car or boat and not cleaned my mess at least. Not sure if I will be back unless im getting parts from the guys up front. They were great 👍
