Never take your boat here for repair! they had my pontoon boat off and on for almost 2 years . They would say it was fixed and that they personally took to the lake and ran it which was all lies they could not produce videos so I’d pick it up take to the lake put it in the water and have to jump in and rescue it and manually load back on trailer for the same problem. This went on for almost 2 years back and forth because i thought i needed to keep it at Tracker for the experience and warranty (which they obviously they don’t have) meanwhile they had my boat uncovered in the sun all this time now my seats are weather rotted in places and then they concluded after 2 years back and forth that my motor that only had 113 hours was scarred and needed to be replaced for $16,000 -$18,000 that is not covered under warranty but the boat has a 10 year warranty. I picked my boat up took to another shop here in Abilene for a second opinion and it ended up being just a $20 part and sensors that Tracker made me pay out of pocket that was supposedly not covered under warranty either were never even put on my boat according to other shop.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Brought my boat in for servicing, kept for 2-3 months always got the runaround when calling to check on it. Finally came up picked up my boat even tho it wasn’t ready and took it to Wichita Falls. Larry’s marine in Wichita Falls is an awesome place. That’s where I bought the boat. Only reason I took it here was convenience. Should have taken it there to begin with.

I bought my first boat here a month ago, I am new to boats, from the beginning to the end of buying a boat, they have always served me well, especially my English is not good and communication is difficult . The sales staff explained to me patiently. After I got home, if there was something I didn't understand, I sent a message to the dealer and they always answered me very well and patiently. I recommend this place, I am Asian, if you want to buy a boat, just come here! 10 stars, praise! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Just got our boat back and all the issues that needed addressed came back at this quality and standard. This whole process has been a joke, they have had our boat for 6 months and gave back a slop job. We also paid $6500 for this quality of work and waited for 6 months! Tracker, you need to make this right. I'm posting this everywhere and showing your workmanship.
