Total Boat Repair was the first and only place I called for the repairs needed to my starboard side bow and hull. Brandon came out to my home within an hour of me calling him, to assess the damage. He inspected every inch of the boat and made me feel at ease about the extent of the damage. He explained what needed to be done, how he was going to do it, and even about how insurance companies operate when it comes to watercraft claims. I knew right away that I was in good hands. Brandon was able to get me in right away, and was initially done with the work ahead of schedule. A small cosmetic issue was found and he couldn’t, in good conscience, let the boat go until he fixed it. Brandon of TBR is the epitome of customer service and craftsmanship. He did an amazing job, you cannot tell at all that the area had been damaged or repaired. I highly recommend Total Boat Repair for any fiberglass repair work!

We sustained significant damage during Hurricane Ian in Charleston. In just a couple days Total Boat Repair produced exactly what my insurance company needed. Being 1000 miles away from our boat, we were concerned, but Total Boat Repair handled the entire process with all the complicated coordination! Brandon made us feel so comfortable with constant updates of exactly what was going on. Brandon’s attention to detail was amazing and his passion to do things the right way without shortcuts is exactly what any boat owner wants! Our damage required the removal of half the salon and galley to access the damage to structurally rebuild the gunnel and replace the stainless-steel railing. Bumps and scuffs were everywhere on both sides of the boat and the damage to the stern almost sunk her with a hole just above the waterline and now, after the pure MAGIC, you can’t even tell! The gel coat matching was perfect and one of the best our captain had ever seen! During the repairs, I had a couple of minor requests and even with all the work going on my requests got done. There was a large decorative piece on the side of the hull that got destroyed and Brandon and team did a stunning job recreating this very complex fiberglass and stainless-steel piece! We were so lucky to have Brandon and his company work on our boat, and we will be forever grateful for having him help us turn this nightmare into a beautiful story!
