Throttle Out Marine and Powersports

The worst place for any repair whether it is an ATV or a boat. Personally I do not recommend this place. His wife can pull the wool over my eyes that everything is ordered and that she is waiting for the missing parts to be delivered. This is a lie!!!!! I bought an ATV from them, the engine was after a major overhaul, my son tried the ATV and after less than an hour the ATV lost power. It was fixed after another visit to them. I returned three more ATVs to them, two of them were repaired, the third was not repaired at all. Another trip to them!!!!!! It was repaired. And now the crux of the matter. I returned my trailer with a boat to them because I had a problem with a bearing in the trailer. It waited for repair for about four months, I tried to contact them by phone, no one answered the phone. Finally after about two weeks his wife called me back saying they were hunting and that she could not call back. A lie!!!!!! They finally started repairing it and it was December I had been waiting since September!!!! Of course when it comes to payment she can call back or write a message!!! She told me in January that everything was fixed I told her that when I was in Wisconsin I would come and pick up the trailer. Yesterday which was 3/15 I called that I would come pick up the trailer 3/16 to make sure everything was finished. On the way to Wisconsin I got a message from them: "Hi, would you mind waiting till next weekend to pick up the boat tony needs to pack the one bearing with grease and pit the cap on its an odd size so I won't have the cap till Wednesday I apologize I was not aware of this" after almost seven months it was not finished!!! The whole repair cost $800 People stay away from this place unless you have a lot of money and time for someone to ignore you!!!! After arriving today no one graciously came out to me to explain why it still wasn't finished. And here is a picture of what it looked like when I arrived today. I do not recommend this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Top notch service and 100% satisfied. Called Tony O on the 4th of July for service on boat motor, he said drop off that morning and he would check it over. Called me the next day, fixed the problem and I was back on the lake!

I highly recommend Throttle Out Marine for any work you need completed on your outboard. I called and setup an appointment and they completed the work when they said they would. We put the boat back into the lake today and the outboard ran like a new outboard. Awesome place to take your outboard.

They always provide a quote before making any necessary repairs and the work is always completed expeditiously to enable you to get back out on the water or trails. This particular time it was for one of my Waverunners. price was very fair and the work completed was EXCELLENT as always. Thank you Throttle Out!

Nothing but great hard work going on at Throttle Out. Tony and Claire are incredibly knowledgeable about ATV and boat maintenance they are by far the best place we have ever gone to. Their service is amazing. They have serviced our boat and 4 ATV's for the past 2 years and they never let us down. They are always available even on the weekends. They know how much we need them in times in need; they never hesitant to help. Great people!!
