The Shed - Fountas Small Equipment Service

Mike does a great job, the service was done correctly, and the first time. And better yet, it was done in a fifth of the time as a different place last year. He found an issue that the shop attached to the place I bought from - couldn’t find when I was having electrical issues last year! I can’t recommend him enough!

I recently had a major spinal surgery done and am unable to do much of anything. I needed to get my lawn mower serviced for the year, my grandson will be doing the yard work, and after a couple of phone calls , I was told to contact The Shed for what I needed. I called the number I was given, talked to the owner and he told me he would pick it up same day. The next day the mower was serviced, blade sharpened and filter replaced. I did not expect this kind of service but am so glad I found The Shed. They will be doing my snowblower next fall. They are more than reasonable on prices and more than reasonable on pickup and delivery charge. Thanks to Ron Jarboe for the referral.

First I must say God is so good, I bought a lawnmower on marketplace and it wouldn’t run so I Google searched a lawnmower mechanic and found Mike at The Shed-Fountas Small equipment service and drop the mower off to be serviced a day later Mike informs me that the lawnmower is completely broken down and will not be able to run again. I showed Up at his business and he charged me $45 and told me that he was not going to let me go home with the broken down John Deere lawnmower and proceeds to say God is good and I’m going to give you a fully functioning lawnmower. I recommend this place of business as a trustworthy small equipment service. Do not take your stuff anywhere else.

Used Mike at The Shed to do the winter service on our Bennington with 200hp Mercury outboard. Very responsive communication and drop off was easy. Service was done the same day for a great price and it’s ready for storage. I will be in touch again for our riding mower maintenance!
