Save your money and go somewhere else. When i dropped my boat of for a list of things to have done, i was told by the owner it would be ready in 5 days. 3 weeks later and i finally got my boat back. But i only had them do HALF of the work because getting ahold of someone at that place to get a estimate is a joke. i had to call day after day for 2 weeks before work got started. All i wanted them to do is check batteries and the charger, oil service, and check impeller. they told be both batteries were bad and that the charger was bad. Impeller was melted. Lower oil was good. Oil change was needed. I told the service adviser i wanted my batteries back and the charger. I got 1 of my batteries back and a random battery. They also gave me the charger back, BUT THEY CUT THE CORD SO I COULDN'T TEST IT. The service adviser has zero personality and i had to call back too many times for a estimate total for every thing. So 2 new batteries, battery switch, charger, impeller, and oil change was $2000. Take my lesson as a warning. Find another shop

Bought a boat from a guy who dealt with this shop and he just had a “brand new engine” installed from this shop (less than 10 hrs on the engine) with all invoices to show for it. The engine is clearly a poorly re-manned engine and not new. Old gaskets were used, oil has leaked all over it since I bought it and the v-drive is all out of whack. Just your typical dishonest mechanics you can find in every “inboard shop” nowadays

If I could give this dealership less than 1 star, I would. I bought a boat from them in March of 2024 and here we are almost 10 months later (Dec 2024) I still do not have a registration for the trailer. I finally got the boat registration after 8 months and repeated calls to The Inboard Shop asking for Tony who is supposedly never there and will absolutely not return a phone call. When I got the boat registration in the mail my name was misspelt even though they have my drivers license. I have tried multiple times to contact them to remedy the situation about the registration but it has fallen on deaf ears. My loan company almost took action against me because they took so long (months) to get them the title. Also when we lake tested the boat one of the ballast bags would not fill up, when we looked in the engine bay his service department accidentally pinched the hose down in between the motor mount while putting the motor back in. He assured me that when I picked it up it would be fixed. When I picked it up I looked in the engine bay and there had been a new hose plumbed, however a few weeks later while in there replacing a bilge pump myself I noticed that they just cut the hose on both ends of the motor mount and left the pinched hose still in between the mount. I can’t imagine that is good for the alignment of the motor and trans. That just goes to show you the laziness of the service department. This goes from the top down so it is not surprising to me at this point. I would highly recommend going to another dealership to do your business where you will be treated like a valued customer.

Tony and the Inboard Shop team resolved a problem on our boat that was difficult to navigate. ECM had failed due to an electrical issue. They root caused the problem quickly and agreed to install an OEM ECM from another engine manufacturer that became equal to original when reprogrammed. I’m thankful for Tony and the team’s help to serve us well.

Tony came highly recommended from a few other friends who had used him over the years and I can 100 percent see why. The staff there treated us like family and got the work done in a seriously fast timeframe (I seriously doubted I would have my boat back before the end of the season due to the extensiveness of repairs required) but still have months of time left back on the water. They also helped dealing with insurance (who were being nightmares during the process) and helped to get the claim to go through. I also received a waxed/detailed boat back that looks amazing.
