The Boatyard

The BoatYard 361 is by far the place to bring your boat. Let me explain why I feel this way. I purchased a 2011 Transport SVT 200 from Texas Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, in November of 2024. This boat was well used and abused. The fiberglass was exposed across the entirety of the deck. The hull had deep gouges across the entirety of the bottom side. With several places worn clear through to the glass itself. That needed to be repaired. Justin the owner of the Boatyard 361 sight unseen asked me to give three weeks and bring it by. A week and half later he followed up and said to bring it any time. After looking at the boat, he gave me estimated time of completion of approximately 90 days and confirmed the price that he initially quoted. But wait there is more! He added in a custom made fish live-well at no additional cost. Justine has called regularly to provide updates on the progress and invited me to stop by and see it for myself. He called today again and said it will be ready next Friday. I can hardly believe the transformation the Boatyard was able to do and how fast they have accomplished it. 49 days! See the pictures for yourself. An amazing transformation, it is essentially a brand new boat.

My boat is 18 years old and the flooring was worn all over. Now it’s just like a new boat. They went all out to make the boat look like a new one. It really looks so good I don’t want to get it dirty. Even the wife liked the looks of the work. If your boat needs a facelift then bring it in and let them fix you up. Turnaround was better than expected. Thumbs up 👍

After years of contemplating restoring my 1994 Majek 20 extreme I came across The Boatyard and Justin and his guys did a complete restoration re decking and replacing the foam the workwas transparently priced by the linear foot and they had it completed ahead of schedule

I had the pleasure of working with Justin at The Boatyard, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He did excellent fiberglass and gel coat work on my Tran Sport Tran Cat boat, making it look as good as new. He also installed flush mount cleats, a new windshield, and even took care of a fresh battery replacement. What stood out most was his attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
