Do not deal with this company. They use illegal practices when selling you a boat. I'm filing a complaint to the district attorney in their area to investigate them and possibly bring criminal charges against them. I was also insulted by the owner when trying to resolve my issue. Remarks were made that I was less of a customer and undeserving of any attention than those that spend more money than I did. Update: I respectfully and directly asked the owner to be compensated with pocket change, but now he may have to hand over his whole wallet in fines and penalties. I have not received any invitation to resolve my issue.

Colt was very responsive right from the start. We live about 500 miles away and trying to find a boat that fit our current and future needs while also having the boat fit in our garage has been a challenge. Colt took lots of time to measure and verify it would fit. Colt was helpful in making a few decisionss on adding a couple options, and was very patient with us. Brandon was on top of all the paperwork as well. We should be seeing our boat in the coming weeks after the upgrades, everything seems to be coming together wonderfully.

Our family just had a great experience buying a new boat from The Boat House. Brandon was really helpful in explaining all the financing, service, and boat protection options, and he was able to arrange a remote closing to save us another trip.
