I had the pleasure of working with Ian! Awesome dude, very knowledgeable about boats and offered excellent service and advice not only on the water for a demo, gave me tips as well! We just bought a Yamaha 252 SD from Texas Marine after visiting them in the Hiuston boat show and securing a great deal. All extra options we were promised but not available at the time of purchase were delivered to us without problems. Customer service was flawless from our initial contact to the boat delivery. I would like to specially thank Tyler who did the demo and helped us to get all the extra optional items. Tyler provides the level of old school service so difficult to have nowadays in the era of voice menus and protocols. He was always available and quick to answer text messages from his personal phone. He is knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant all the time. Thank you Texas Marine and Thank you Tyler!
