Ty had great customer service from start to finish . We drove 13 hours to pick up this boat, and it was everything it was supposed to be . I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a boat!

I rarely give five stars however Ty and his son are incredible people. Two specific words come to mind when I think about how they treated me. HONEST AND FAIR. If your dealing with this company fear not it will be a good transaction for both.

I left my boat 3 weeks ago with these people We’re recommended by big D marine, they we’re knowledgeable about trailers and we discussed what was to be done with mine. They said 10Days to 2 weeks at the end of first week I called no answer so called back and received text “I’m busy”. Finally went up yesterday an didn’t have my invoice ready so I ask for a call today, no call! I went by today and only 1/2 the work was done we discussed and was charged over $700 for that one being a weld that looked like a first week student could have done it. They might be knowledgeable but that doesn’t mean fair or reasonable!!

2 years ago I needed an aluminum trailer to replace my old rotted out galvanized trailer for my bay boat. After taking the boat to 2 other places that promised and tried to fit an existing trailer, to no avail, I found Texall. They custom built me a tandem trailer very quickly and at a great price. The trailer makes the boat look almost new and I received many compliments. Now I am taking the boat for some custom accessories, T top, leaning post... I would highly recommend to even the closest of my friends

Needed a new trailer for my flounder boat, as the old galvanized trailer I had under it had been patched for the last time!! Decided to give Texall a try after being very disappointed in the attitude I received from Coastline Trailers in regards to the trailer I have under my Haynie. Wow! For someone who things never seem to go easy, I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my new trailer, took it home, winched my boat onto it, and it fit like a glove. No modifications or adjustments necessary. The fellow that Ty has working there was so nice and helpful when I picked up the trailer. Customer service is getting hard to find now days, but I was so pleased when I left their shop. This was one of the most pleasant purchasing experiences I have ever had. The fit and finish on the trailer is far superior to my "other trailer". Would HIGHLY recommend Texall Trailers!!
