I needed a thrust washer for an older Merc 2 stroke motor. Searched high and low in a 150 mile radius with no luck. Guess who saved the day by having a brand new one in stock? I was leaving on vacation in 3 days and was able to pick it up that day. Hard to believe no one had one except Tanglewood. They were busy working on boats, but were still nice enough to stop and chat a bit about the older motors. Nice people to do business with.

I have brought my boat to Tanglewood a few times now, Joe and his team are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and above all HONEST! I recommend them to all my boater friends, they are truly the best! Customer service and communications re: a used 2009 two stroke motor, were unlike any other dealer or seller I've contacted for several months. The owner, Joe, answered all my questions, and I ask alot. He was at home just after eye surgery, and it was after hours. Who does that! Jessica took good care of us, the techs took time off to demo the motor TWICE, and helped with hook up etc. And answer all questions. They finished the install a couple days early and gave me a great price. I live over an hour away from this dealership but will definitely use them from now on!
