SUPERIOR MARINE

Brought my boat there last year for some fiberglass work on the transom, turned out needing the transom replaced. Superior Marine replaced the damaged wood transom with a Carbon Core epoxy transom. It now a year later and the Transom is stronger than it ever was and the work was done well. Tony took the time to discuss options with me and worked with me on what needed to get done. The job took several months to complete but that was mainly due to post Ian backlog and dealing with the insurance company. Tony spoke to the Adjuster and provided paperwork and photos for the insurance claim. I would definitely go back to Superior Marine if I need anything done in the future. They do quality work and stand behind it. Would definitely recommend Superior Marine.

After sustaining some damage to my boat, I did business with Superior Marine for my repairs. I thank Tony for listening to my needs and his team for the work done. Personally, I'm delighted and completely satisfied. I have appreciate them professionalism.

Contracted to do total renovation.Date to be completed was 7 months. After the 7 months Tony began to come up with excuses for why it wasn't done. This went on for 6 months with phone calls, emails and face to face visits. He actually told us that he is working on other boats while ours just sits there because he can get more money and faster turn over.More excuses. We attempted to pay him for the work that was completed and wanted to take the boat elsewhere to finish the renovation. Tony would not release the boat and wanted additional funds for repairs that were not authorized. I tried to negotiate the amount due, offered to pay more than he was due but he would not compromise. 20 months later we have no boat, as it sits on his lot rotting.

Our family while new to boating now have two boats thanks to Tony, one is a 2000 sea hunt which he restored from now to stern, the second a smaller Carolina skiff that we bought from him. Buying a used boat can be stressful but being familiar with the quality of his work and knowing that he had maintained the boat made this transaction a pleasure. Tony went through the boat and ensured that everything worked 100%, walked us through it all, and gave us a great boat at a more than fair price.
