Buyer be aware! Bought a boat last fall for $35k, ended up with paying $8000 repair cost this spring. The sales pushed sales, glossed over seemingly minor defects in the sea trial. The after sale service is below average. They not only can't fix the issues, but difficult to get in contact. I will not purchase anything from them again.

This is my third purchase of a Pursuit boat from the Strong family and i couldn't be happier. I love the boat and my experience from sales to service has been great. The Strong family is dedicated to making your boating experience very enjoyable on and off the water. I have been a customer at the Mattituck Bay location since 1997. If it says anything about the marina and the staff there it is a 26 mile trip one way from my house. I have seen the operation grow to what it is now from more modest beginnings. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, I have not seen anyplace that can match it in those regards. Access to the Peconic is perfect and the waters are nice, clean and not crowded. But there is more to it than location and buildings. The staff can make or break the experience. I know most of the staff by first name including the Strong family. Over the years I have had a minimal amount of problems with my boat but when I did they dropped what they were doing and helped me out. Will, Rich, Dean, Mirek, Romek, John, George, Tom, Luis, and so many more are without a doubt the biggest asset that could be hoped for by any employer. Their knowledge and helpfulness makes our boating experience a pleasure.
