I started my purchase attempt with Ed Bickel. He lied to me, mis represented the sales price and tried to get me for over $13,000 from the actual price. He gets 0 stars! Fortunately I was recommended to deal with Jenna Hull who was great to deal with. We were able to come to an agreement, made the sale in a timely manner. Her communication and commitment to making the sale go to the best of her ability was 5 stars. Thank you Jenna for all of your help.

Stay away from those people, they will sell you the boat and then they will keep you a hostage. Paid almost 700k for my boat and now they restrict me even from doing my service at the near by marina ( their sister company) very dishonest practices. I filled a complain to Pursuit They should not be selling expensive boats. If there is less than a zero I would give them. It was my first boat and promised training and customer service but never happened . Now I am stuck with the boat that I do not even know how to operate . They just look for the money not the client . Shame on them

Absolutely worst dealer to deal with. They do not return phone calls and make claims that they do not hold to. I dealt with Ed Bickel (salesman) and John Quinn (manager). Bought elsewhere!!! If I were the owner, this is not something I would like to read!!!

I was looking at a boat in the fall of 22' went down to see a 38os met with marina owner and sales people was so impressed, I left wishing I did business with them! I purchased a Jupiter 41 sb new somewhere else and if they had a comparable boat I would have purchased boat from them! Owner was honest great person and very knowledgeable wish I gave him my business.... Hopefully in future we can do business, highly recommend this Marina!

I've been a customer of Stone Harbor Marina since 2012. Every boat I've ever owned has been purchased and serviced exclusively by them. Exceptional service all around and they go out of their way to take care of you and your boat! I will be a customer for life.
