Spirit Lake Marina & RV Park

My wife and I just moved to Duluth and bought our first boat. We’ve been using a public boat launch down the river but decided to give a slip here a try. Charlie and Molly were very helpful and I am happy to see boat mechanics, storage, rest rooms, showers and food.

We stayed for 3 nights and are so happy we chose this campground/marina. Charlie and the staff are great to work with! We lost our boat prop right after getting it into the water (long story!) and the guys searched their shop for a prop and other parts to help us. We really appreciated it! The campsites are under constructions getting new parking pads, utilities and sod, so the place will look great when finished.

Very fun! Did a two hour pontoon rental. More fun and comfortable than a vista cruise. The upper river is better suited to a canoe but there's plenty to see in the harbor. Very friendly people. I would definitely do it again.

We rented kayaks from Spirit Lake Marina. It's a great Marina. Wonderful little store with great nautical finds, decor, etc. Really cute outdoor area. The staff was super helpful, professional, and informative. They showed us a map of the area, and sent us on our way. We had a great time! The bathroom/shower area was immaculate and really nice. We were quite surprised and pleased because we got a little wet and needed to clean up. I would highly recommend this place.

Was redirected here from another campground and it's a great surprising gem. Friendly check in staff and quiet and peaceful bathrooms/showers are really clean. Very pleased overall
