Be aware of these people!!! Rude unprofessional I wanted to rent the office they’ve told me that they would give me an answer in three days after that that three day I was calling and visiting them to know decision.No answer, sometimes nobody at the office and the last answer finally someone answers the phone and told me not to give me the office because the reason was “I don’t know much about you” After filling all the paperworks and visiting them 6 times F U

Been keeping our boat here for 3 seasons, bathrooms are EXTREMELY clean and always well stocked, dumpster is right near slips for easy cleanup after being out on water. Family loves the weekend bagels and donuts. Plenty of parking, fuel dock is super accessible and staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

I wish I could give zero stars instead of one! Terrible unprofessional management... Especially from the head of service department -Jim Knoeller Jr. The way he speaks to people and threatens them with " his daddy being the GM" ... is absolutely disgusting. I did not feel safe having my boat here being around him. Horrible horrible experience... Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Great location Great community Great restaurants with entertainment (the band White Rabbit is awesome!) Clean with good facilities. Why only 4 stars? Not floating docks but worse no transient slips. They would not accommodate us even as tropical storm Ophelia was approaching.

Bad Service/ management experience. Thanksgiving day and we had a reservation for 3 people for 5 pm - sat down at a wobbly little table at 445 and watched multiple waiters : management walk passed us not even offering water. We made eye contact with the manager as he passed to ask another table how the food was. Four bartenders/ waiters standing around the bar talking as we watch them. After 20 mins and multiple people just walking passed us we just got up and left.
