I rarely write reviews, however my experience over the past 3 years with this business has been nothing short of exceptional. From building/purchasing our new Moomba, annual services, and most recently buying a replacement boat at a great price to replace our boat that was totaled from tropical storm Helene. They even helped with the repair assessment, and salvage. Everyone I have worked with over there has been fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend!!

Hey we had some issues with surf system. Made a call to get it serviced and the friendly lady told me we could get our boat taken care of immediately. Upin arrival, the service department took care of me with excellent customer service. They fixed the issue in record time. I appreicate them staying in constant communication with me through the process. Friendly atmosphere and very professional service was offered. I recommend if you need service on any boat to take it here. They will help you. I will be back for future business. Thank you all for your professional services.

What an amazing and easy experience. I met the team at Southtown WaterSports at the Mid-Atlantic boat show. They had an almost overwhelming display featuring Moomba and Supra boats, their board shop and the service department. I didn’t go to the boat show with any intention of buying a new boat but the Knock Out edition of the Moomba Max changed everything. They even had a factory rep from Moomba to help answer any questions. Greg Tibbett was my point man and walked me through every process with ease and understanding. Their parts and service department worked with me in adding a few splashes to my boat and got them installed in no time flat. They delivered my beautiful new Moomba in no time and walked me through every aspect of the surf system. They truly have a complete program. While I intend to own my new Moomba for a long while, I will definitely go back to SouthTown when it’s time to upgrade. With the new wake boat I will also be enjoying their pro shop for all my boards and rope needs.

Their sales people are incredible! Greg was extremely helpful on our last two boat purchases. The service department at STWS makes you feel like family, no question is ever a stupid question. They have gone above and beyond to keep us as clients, and our shredding on the lake!

When we decided to purchase a new boat we were pointed towards Southtown in Charlotte. From the the first phone call, through the new build, all the way to delivery Greg T was the best! He kept us informed, answered any questions and was very patient with our entire family. No better place to buy a boat.
