We did a overnight transient stay and it was great. The location has plenty of food places within walking distance. Inside there is a ship store, clean restrooms with showers. There is an outdoor lounge and pinic tables too. Fuel prices okay and the guys on the dock were super helpful 👌. I want to give a Shout Out to the guy from Ft Lauderdale docked near us for his help with the power situation.

Great marina, fuel, ship store with clothing and boat supplies, quick 20 min walk to town, plenty of restaurants nearby. Liquor store 15 min walk, Wawa 5 min walk.

We stayed here for three days in late December early January 2023. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were very clean. Staff were kind enough to give us a lift into town for groceries and propane.
There were a few other boaters at this time of year and so the docks did not have any water but the staff were kind enough to rig a hose so that we could fill up our tanks.
Lots of attractions nearby and an easy walking distance.

We only stopped her for one night but were getting in after they closed and needed fuel so they stayed open for us! That to me is top notch service. They have a cute shop, nice grill and an adorable outside area for relaxing. The dock hand was awesome as well!

Took our dingy to the Lobster House, walked down and bought some supplies from the ships store.
We had called ahead to see if they had a slip. When the guy said no, wasn't anything unusual so I asked if they had fuel and pump out facilities and that we would be in port in an hour. I was rudely told that there was a shark fishing tournament and the fuel dock was not available. I was shocked. As this on the chart looks like really the best if not only deep water access fuel and pump out docks. I called other Marinas that said come at high tide. We are just choosing to continue to sail north, our water tank low and holding tanks filling up. I really feel let down by the lack of facilities and there unwelcoming attitude towards full filling the desperate needs of a live aboard cruising sailing from Florida to Wisconsin on Dragon's Lair a Catalina 470. (Shameless tagline).
But anyways it gets better. While at the ships store I see the fuel dock is empty. So I mention to the guy I called and was told due to a shark fishing tournament the fuel dock wasn't available. He very aggressively told me that this didn't happen. I wondered did I dream it up, but no my first mate looked at me he remembered. So I just told the guy: "hey I'm just giving you feedback." He said when? I said yesterday 3:45pm. He said it wasn't him. And not in a nice like no worries man, but like you wanna fight about it? I didn't feel like arguing further so I paid for a deck brush and some stickers and left.
2/10 I'll skip Cape May next time...
