I've been having my boat serviced and stored with SBs the last two years, and I don't know why I'd ever take it anywhere else. They've made being a boat owner better for me and my family...no doubt. I'm a relative novice to boating. Didn't have one growing up. Just bought one a couple of years ago. These people don't tell you, they teach you. Brian takes the time to explain everything - sends pictures - when I'm in for service he busts out the ladder and shows me everything.

Went in today. Guy was not helpful at all. I asked about a boat online I was told “oh you saw it online I’m 90% sure what ever boat it is is not here” I saw another boat at a different shop. Was told it was sold but they don't update the Website until they close the deal which can be 11 days. What boats do you have in my price range 11-14k? Answer: “8 in the company why don’t I call you when something else comes in?” You lost a possible 11k + sale today. Went to Munson in walworth. Much nicer people.
