Ski World of Orlando

Dropped my boat off 9/12/2020 motor was smoking needed an estimate. Called atleast 15-20 times no response. Stopped in multiple times Aaron was never there only his employee and he had no answers for me. Months go by with our no response or update. 4/19/2023 I sent my crazy friend over to scream at him to give me an update. He finally gave me an estimate that day. I agreed to the price of 4534.00 paid half down. Another couple of months and 20 texts and 20 phones calls boat was finally done 7/14/2023. Followed all break in rules that was provided. Had the boat out 2 days and motor blew again same exact symptoms and problems when I first brought it in. Tried text and calling amock no response again. It’s time for a lawsuit. Do not take you skis here!!!!

Been going there 6 years, he broke all trust I had in that business. Took my ski for winterizing and a new step bar in rear. Dropped it off 11-4-22. Thirteen unanswered calls , no calls back, and 6 months later I finally heard from him and picked my ski up on 6-2-23 with no step bar on it. Take it to the river and notice a lot of water in the hull. So I start looking and find 2 huge cracks in the gunnels. He stored my ski all through the winter nose down, let it fill with water and freeze when anyone who has a jetski knows to put the front up so the water runs out. Took it back to him and he was cocky, smart #ss and arrogant. Said he didn't do it and won't do anything about it. I even asked him to pay half of repair and I'd pay the other just to be done and fixed. He refused. The damage he caused will now cost me $1,733.40 . Starting a lawsuit against him and also turned him into better business bureau. He stores every ski there in the winter down forward so if you go there , it could be your ski next. I will never use Mock again! VERY unprofessional, ignorant, and doesn't take care of customers vehicles!

Took my impeller there for repair. He had everything ready to go. Fixed it and had me ready to run again within minutes. Saved me hundreds by just being truthful and knowledgeable about all things jetskis. Would recommend to any and all that need repairs to their jetskis.

Aaron is a really nice guy and seems to be very knowledgeable but was unable to get service. He's hard to get a hold of and seems to have a higher workload than his staff can handle. Would rate higher if I was able to have service done, but he had told me up to 8 weeks to even look at it.

Great Customer Service!!! Very honest and up from about costs and lead times. Will definitely be going back for all my Seadoo repairs. Aaron takes the time to make sure you understand everything that was repaired. Reasonable prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. A Mock Marine is the Best place for everything Jet Ski related.
