Site Six Launch Ramp

Great place to launch boats for free & has fishing pier.

Free launch, not allot of parking, although steep and a little narrow for launching its free. The docks need to get maintenance to tie up to since it’s all metal and cement it will definitely tear up your boat so use your fenders.

Sold my boat a few years ago; getting to old to do the upkeep. Came here to fish and got lucky. Today they had to close it for 2 hours to power wash the platform. I love the fact that a community group keeps up a well used outdoor area for the residents; especially the seniors in this community. I visit this area every other year, and I am a senior, and do appreciate the fine workers that do such a great job.

Gets crowded fast, nothing of real size is caught here. Lots of snowbirds keeping anything that nibbles on their poles. Local kids go out there to do meth and mess with anglers and tip over the Porta John.

Nice spot to do some pier fishing. Pier was built by the Seabees!! Plenty of parking. Clean water. Pier is lightly lit at night. Noticed bats in the evening and lots of birds during the day.
