Dropped my boat off in May 2024 with an engine running problem. Picked the boat up in November Boat was never fixed with more excuses than I could ever imagine and even more promises to get to it ... the moment I pulled up to the yard I should have left . What a dump. Even sent him repair manual to help him. Worst experience in customer service I've had ever seen. BEWARE

Tim knowingly that another company was going to pick up my boat within a week broke the switch and screen piece that he could play the card their is two stories to every side and blame it on someone else. Tim broke cranked the power switch off on my boat and damaged the screen. I believe he did these things on purpose and should be held accountable in the court of law. I entrusted him to sell my boat, he read the hours wrong, the boat didn’t sell and wanted to offer a low ball price. I had another company go out to get the boat, they had to tow it to the dock after he summarized and said everything looked great. He made sure that I would lose money in the sell of this boat. What an entitled boat service and disgrace of a human.

Could not have been a better experience! They really took the time to answerer all my questions and made it a flawless transaction. I drove seven hours to look at used boat. I was able to test drive it on the local lake and they gave me all the time I needed. Drove it home same day!

Absolute best boat mechanics I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. They stayed up late and fixed it just so I could be ready to go for my tournament the following day. 10/10 recommend

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a boat shop! These guys are very helpful, quick with parts and go out of there way to help, even after hours. Awesome job setting up live scope to. Texted me to make sure everything running good and ask me how many fish I caught. Thanks so much.
