Seven Seas Yacht Services

Called on a Saturday for emergency service. The guy who picked up the phone seemed uninterested and bothered by the emergency phone call. He then mentioned needing $10k to "piss all over his regular customers". Unprofessional is every aspect of the word.

Seven Seas had been doing oil change on my boat for the past two years. I requested a quote this year for the same oil change. After receiving the quote, I questioned why their labor rate increased more than 70%. To my surprise, they refused to provide service on my boar. I guess they are charge happy people and can't tolerate anyone questioning about their fee. Fortunately, there is more than one boat mechanic shops in town. I hired someone else for 1/4 of money to do the same service. $635 for an old change? How complicated it can be?

Mike and Stephanie are great and very professional. Mike's industry expertise and know-how from mechanical to operations in the marine industry are hard to match.

This organization isn’t just a great service department. They are the definition of dedicated! Many “service” departments exist, and are part of a dealership! Customers of those “service”departments are often left last in line to the latest delivery of a new boat being purchased. Seven Seas is different, it means that your vessel is given the focus it deserves! Your invoice shows details that educate you on the actual work performed by the technician making you a more informed boater too! Looking to have a career in yacht service? I also know this small business treats it’s employees well! Small, family owned and run…. YOU mean something to them as a customer, employee, vendor or even just a passerby! Mike, Stephanie and this team are unmatched in knowledge, professionalism and expertise! I say this with 30yrs experience dealing with and working for service firms in this industry! Great work!!!!!!!
