Went early Spring. Clean Park. Parking was good, easy access to shore fishing, good boath launch, constant traffic. SE wind, fishing was tough, I caught the only fish in 5-hrs. The locals weren't catching their usual Perch or blue gill.. Will go back for sure.

One of the few places you can drive up to the lake and not have to get out of your car and walk. Excellent views for limited mobile people.

Very nice.
Railings, parking lot designed and striped nice.
But..... truly could use a daily grounds keeper, as litter from messy people is an issue.

This is a great place to fish. I caught a lot of Blue Gill and Perch in the canal. The bathrooms are very clean and the grounds are well maintained. There is also a bait store up the road on Jefferson Ave. And the boat launch is easy access. Plenty of places to park as well. #HandsomeClark

Great Place to get in and out of the lake! There are 5 or 6 double launch ramps here with piers between! Plenty of parking and a boat-in or walk-in bait and supply store across the street or around the point!
