I ordered speakers thru them. They used supply chain issues as an excuse, refused to refund money - blamed their software. I had to fight it on my credit card for product not delivered. I would not recommend them.

DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM! Posted a shipment on UShip for a boat from Miami to Michigan. Quick to contact and good price but Andrea suggested contact directly to avoid the supposed 20% fee from UShip. Dump me - live and learn. After sending a deposit was getting no response about schedule and insurance cert from them. Decided to cancel and got excuse after excuse about returning the deposit. Andrea returned $400 out of the $1400 deposit. $1000 for a few text messages. Not a bad short term gig. It will catch up with them.

0 stars!! We paid for and were told by Andrea and Grayson, owners of Screaming Eagle that our boat would be stored inside last winter when MN received 90+ inches of snow. NOPE! When we picked it up, the cover was destroyed by the weight of the snow, not to mention all the mold inside in the boat and upholstery damage. This business is a joke, if you want your boat to be stored inside - don't go here!!! The only positive reviews they have are friends and family. 9/14/21 Update!!! 2 years ago I wrote the review above on this business and they have finally taken the time to respond to my review by saying "see husband review above" That is a great example of the HORRIBLE service you will receive if you choose this business for any service. They take 0 responsibility for anything. Screamin Eagle and Grayson will be held accountable for the expenses incurred, we won't go away and either will court order or lien against his business. Boaters beware!!

Great experience! The screamin eagle crew always takes care of our detailing, storage, and winterizing. They did our stereo system, accent lighting in our boat as well as our leveling kit in our truck! Only great things to say!

Simply put, this place is beyond a poorly run business by people who should not be running a business. I dropped my boat off on May 7th for a simple detail and speaker install with a little trailer maintenance. I was told they were busy but that I’d get it back by Memorial Day Weekend. Week of Memorial Day Weekend comes around and was told she got in a car accident and broke her hand but would have it by Friday. Friday comes and I’m told they’re working late on it and will set it outside the shop come to be ready to be picked up Saturday morning. I get there early Saturday morning, no boat. They said they’ll be there in a half hour to let me in. Almost TWO HOURS later they show up with the boat not even close to being done. (Oh, and NO broken hand. Can’t make this up people.) Dirtier than when I left it, one of two speakers installed (the guy had to put the other one in while I waited) and the trailer wasn’t even close to being thought about. I took the boat back to my house and cleaned the inside of it myself and was told they’d personally pick it up and finish it themselves next week. Ha! Only took them several days of saying they were “on their way” to pickup to be lied to multiple times. Finally they picked it up a week later and when I was told they’d have it done and deliverd by Saturday, I didn’t get it till Monday and missed another weekend of boating. While the buff and acid wash looked fine, the inside was beyond trashed (as I told them to not detail it because I did it myself but yet again, was much dirtier than when I left it) and the trailer maintenance was still not acknowledged. Took a few bucks off for the “delays” but still CHARGED ME FOR A FULL DETAIL. When told they’d come pick it up and clean it up for me, I wasn’t holding my breath as I’ve reached out twice to no avail. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.
