Wonderful customer service, one of the owner, Debbie of San Juan Marine personally assisted me with my purchase. I live in Glendale Arizona and was naturally concerned about buying a boat that I found on the internet. She made me feel very comfortable. She walked me through the process and even used FaceTime to show me the facility and the boat. I would highly recommend this business.

In early spring I had discovered my trolling motor was not working. The closest place to have warranty work done was San Juan marine so I took it in. The original mechanic that was working on it had quite about three weeks into working on it, or that’s the story I’d gotten from them. Long story short it took me having to get Minnkota involved to get a straight answer. After a ton of dodged phone calls and a couple of lies later I got my TM back, and surprisingly it worked as it should. Only took 6 months to get it back😂. This was all the 2024 season so maybe thing have changed🙄

Overall great experience with our purchase of our first boat. Debbie, Billy and staff worked through some tough issues to deliver our boat quickly. I really appreciate the friendly and courteous service!

When we were searching for a new boat for the family, San Juan Marine came through and provided not only the boat, but a very pleasant experience. I was equally impressed with the service received at the end of the season when it was time to put the boat away for the winter. We called, they got the boat in right a way and provided the seasonal service and winterization as promised.

Although I had to drive 7.5 hour's to have some deal work done on my Phoenix.... Billy was great and they did very professional work and very quickly. I appreciate their help and patience with a person like myself. I'm kinda picky and I understand not everyone has the patience. But I plan to purchase my next Phoenix through San Juan just based off their service and patience and their understanding of Bass Boat's.
