This is the 2nd time Dockmaster Dennis gave away our slip.We found another boat tied up there in May with all our ropes and ladder connectors still in place. Dennis denied it when we called, said the guy was just parked there during construction and that no contracts were out yet. He assured us we’d receive our contract for the same slip “soon.” We’ve never received it (as of July 1), and that boat is still parked in “our” slip, but we have received various emails promoting parties. We are taking our boat and business elsewhere. Why the board puts up with this is beyond me, but I’ve been told “no one else wants the job.”

This is the best Marina in the central Jersey area. Dennis is very nice and will try to accommodate everyone. I see the personal attacks against the dock-master and it just goes to show you cannot please everyone. I’ve been docking here for four years now and everyone treats me and my family and friends with nothing but respect and kindness.

If I can give a place 0 Stars I would. This Fat 300 pound Dockmaster Dennis has the worst attitude. Take your business elsewhere. Enough said, he gives away slips to other people, he is totally unprofessional, this place needs change.

Sailors Quay is beautiful, clean and accomodating! Dennis was extremely helpful and always willing to help out! Beautiful clean pool and beautiful tables, chairs and umbrellas to spend a great family day! Bathrooms and showers are also spotless!
