Andrew and the rest of the team (Beckie, Megan, Marco) at Safe Harbor Shelburne Shipyard are incredible. They bent over backwards to help me with a challenging situation, and the knowledge and experience they have is tremendous. I love keeping my boat there, and can't think of a better team to run a Marina. Thank you! Highly recommended and they make boating enjoyable.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Service is very professional. I got much needed work done on my head and bilge pump with no problems. Grounds are beautiful and amenities are excellent. Plus, it's so pretty! I will be using Safe Harbor for storage and prep for life.

Under the new ownership they let my boat to be removed and transported to Florida by my dead partners Sister without my knowledge or permission. Legal action was used to get satisfaction. Do Not Use This Shipyard Ever!!!

Very possible that this is the worst service I have ever seen at a marina. They are closed weekends. Today being a beautiful Saturday Labor Day weekend and no staff anywhere to be seen. Took weeks to get ahold of someone in charge who could help with simple questions concerning There is a rather pleasant girl who answers the phone. She is just a student and knows nothing but she is nice on the phone. They have a ship store, haha. Ship store. My boat has a larger inventory of supplies then the so called store. I understand they are undergoing a major renovation next year. From what I have seen of this management that should be a complete nightmare. I would never recommend that anyone use this facility

Professional, efficient and pleasant! Andrew (the manager) was very accommodating in confirming an appointment to troubleshoot a few issues with the boat. Miles (the mechanic), patiently stepped through the different problems and fixed them one by one, leaving the boat top shape and clean. These guys understand what customer experience means.
