I bought a Fat Cat hull from Ryan. We then discussed motor options which he assisted in locating-(we were looking for a unicorn and found it) considering how hard it is to get a Merc today. He hung and rigged the motor as discussed, Checked that everything was working before I picked it up and communicated throughout. I dont know what else you could expect. Thanks Ryan

Absolutely TERRIBLE mechanic. Paid this man thousands of dollars to do a laundry list of things to my boat. Turns out this man did very few things on the list and some of the things he did do, he did very poorly. For example, Ryan insisted that he add a white anchor light to the top of the motor cowling. What he DIDN'T do was add enough slack in the wire going to the light or a simple connector so that the wire could be unplugged in order to facilitate the removal of the cowling, which is just plain stupid. Also, the wire was routed in a way that rubbed on the flywheel cover, making an enormous and very annoying noise. He also didn't change the oil, oil filter, water separator, internal sacrificial anodes, which were all things that I paid him to do. I'm not even sure if he changed the water pump, which I also paid him to do. I had a much better mechanic complete all of these items without any issue this year. Absolutely STAY AWAY. Ryan is a HACK.

Ryans Boat shop and Ryan are going to be hard to beat. Dropped boat off for a lithium 24v and 12v and charger transition along with some lighting upgrades. Clean, quality, and quick turnaround. Would recommend to otters whitout question.
