Russell Marine - River North Marina

We came down to enjoy a long weekend on the lake. As soon as we launched the boat we had issues. Called Russell Marine and spoke to Kevin. He told us to bring the boat in first thing this morning. 1 hour later the boat was fixed. Amazing customer service with a friendly smile. Thank you Kevin you saved our trip.

Came here for graduation weekend for Auburn with the family. Lee Lee was the most helpful employee I have ever dealt with when dealing with any marina across the US at many lakes. She was so helpful getting us a rental back in May '23. I feel bad writing a review so late but I had to! We had a blast on their fleet for a incredibly reasonable rate. It was some of the best memories for the family. Best Marina on Lake Martin.

Fair price for gas on the water (24/365), AWSOME DOCKS! Great customer service, any water toy you can think of, boats, and pic's for sale or rent. Nothing is overpriced. Great llace

After going to several other Marinas, we ended up buying a used boat from Tyler at River North Marina. I could not recommend a salesman more. HE WAS AWSOME! Mike and Dee Dee were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with as well. In the future we will be driving past at least four other closer Marinas to do our business with River North.

We enjoy our rental pontoon but more importantly was the quick and quality service we received. I didn’t get her name but the rental lady was awesome. She was personable and genuine and really cared about you having a good experience. I would suggest they do take some time and explain where and how far the local restaurants are. Being a tourist I was reluctant to travel too far out of comfort zone. My fault I should have asked but I think it would be good business on your part. This is not a complaint it’s a suggestion. I very much enjoyed my experience do did my family. Thanks sgain
