I was in the market for a boat, and Dan Idleburg posted a Malibu on Facebook in the Malibu group I was following. I messaged Dan and within minutes he had gotten back me. I asked Dan to work details with my husband due to his OCD. Dan was amazing! He spent time collecting pictures for my husband, gathering information. He was always responsive and courteous. Since we were out of town buyers Dan made sure to tell us everything about the boat and pointed out everything in detail to ensure our 6 hour drive to see the boat would be worth the trip. We purchased from Dan and would recommend him to anyone! I wish there were more Dan’s out there!

Purchased a 2008 Chapparal 330 Signature through RSI brokerage services in early July and the experience was great. My sales person, Dan was very cooperative and attentive to my questions and concerns. The owner, Rob was equally as helpful from a sales standpoint and with mechanical questions. I would buy another boat through them tomorrow.

My ancient boat's motor was not able to keep an idle in neutral. They were able to fix it and find an issue -- plus resolve it quickly. They permitted me to deliver the boat to the lot and notify them via email. Mike kept me updated all the while the boat was patiently waiting its turn in the queue. RSI performs outstanding work. They are fair, prompt, and attentive. They receive my highest possible rating and enthusiasm to recommend.

I needed a new lower unit on my boat. Brought it to a local place and they quoted me a ridiculous amount for the job. I found RSI on Google and brought my boat to them. Not only was the service outstanding, they saved me thousands of dollars. Once the work was done and I had my boat back they called me a few days later just to see how the boat was working. You cant find customer service like that these days! My boat runs like a top now. Like I said outstanding service, excellent customer service and very fair prices on parts and labor. I'd give them 10 stars if i could. I HIGHLY recommend RSI to anyone needing boat repair.
