Hands down the worst boat yard experience I've had in an entire lifetime of owning big boats. My initial estimate was $6000...while the final bill...four months later...exceeded $14000. A part ordered from a vendor arrived 6 weeks later improperly made...as did it's replacement...all while boatyard staff assured me it wasn't their fault or responsibility. My engine room light was left burning....which wouldn't have particularly bugged me....except my batteries had died....which they knew....and didn't plug in the power to recharge. Also, the battery water levels were low...after I was assured all fluids had been topped off. Further, I was promised all sorts of adjustments would be made to the bill...none of which were evident.

Great People. I needed to sell my boat, and they squeezed me in to do some last minute repairs to help me Seal the deal. And all for a very fair price!!! True professionals who know what they are doing, and do it for a Fair price. An odd combination in this maritime economy!!!!

Hello everyone beware. My boat was damaged while being splashed in after paint and they won’t stand behind what they did. Both cowling on my outboards damaged. One smashed so good fiberglass work will be needed. It’s super obvious.The motor cowlings were pristine and had been freshly painted before they were in yard. Thanks Ross for more work and time away from water. Don’t trust your boat to them, they treated me unfairly and left me hanging.

I had some fiberglass delamination hull repair work done at this yard prior to closing on purchase of my 480 Sedan Bridge. I was concerned due to my home being over 500 miles away. My concerns were not valid. Communications between myself, Paul Jr. and Margo were great. I had no issues and had some extra work done while on the hard. My boat was ready to go once I arrived with the groceries! Thank you Ross Marine!
