Highly recommend, great value for quality of service. Have used Ron for annual servicing, interior and exterior light install and a mid season lower unit service after clogging the cooling system inlet. Quality has always been great. For the lower unit service they took pictures showing the issue and resolved quickly allowing me not to miss any of the boating season.

Was looking for a 100 hour service I took my boat to a place and they were giving me the run around for two weeks called Ron’s they had me in and out same day! Great Customer service! I gonna be back in the water this weekend!!!

Ron’s Performance Marine does wonderful work and gets your boat ready on time and it’s always done right the first time. I actually recommend everyone i know with a boat because of the effort they put forth to make your boat experience better and less stressful . Along with the fact that u don’t have to go broke to have a working boat ,Keep it up RPM

VETERANS / MILITARY DO NOT EVER TRUST THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE TO DO NOTHING HE MESS UP MY STARTER SHAFT BY NO PROPERLY INSTALLING IT AND TRIED TO BLAME ME LITTLE DO HE KNOW RANDALL MARINA IN PHENIX CITY LOOL AT THE SAME THING but was back up in work , how do you fix something but come out you mouth on Monday morning stating you did not test it I had to paddle all way back to shore in west point this place should be close down immediately see you in court you mess up but blame it on the customer my starter had never been touched and randal look at my starter before you and gave me the part number for bending drive the you put on so try again the call me this morning wanting to tack weld or use a screw all black people not dumb why would I do that yall sorry took it to a start shop for them to look at it and it was beaten with a hammer and for on for the top the a tool supposed to be use to put the retaining ring back on he showed me exactly where it was beaten with a hammer which is not the proper tool

If I could give less I PROMISE I WOULD! Ron’s has had my jet ski for over 3 months with no eta on when my ski will be done. I called initially and they gave me a week turn around time. Fast forward over 12 weeks and I still can’t get an eta on when my ski will be ready. The lady who answers the phone and schedules jobs is absolutely terrible at what she does and has no idea what’s going on. There’s no communication between the shop to the front therefore everytime I call it’s always an excuse with no eta still. Now I’m going to pick my ski up and send it elsewhere because Ron’s just can’t get it together. If you value anything of yours and would like it fixed when you’re told, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK ON ANYTHING OF YOURS.
