Roche Harbor Marine Services - Philbrook's Boatyard USA, Inc.

I had our Cat 3208's serviced while there in Roche Harbor. Part of the service was replacement both of the gear oil coolers. Unfortunately Cat supplied rebuilt coolers as new new parts. Both coolers failed. Fortunately, Yacht Service credited my account and took responsibility for the Cat parts and replacement costs here on Fox Island. Both Doug and Autumn there gave us quality response and follow up. I am proud to recomend them.

Super helpful team. I needed some Volvo Penta parts and they went above and beyond to find the one they had in stock. Offered very useful advice about installing and were ready to order the other part that wasn’t in stock. I definitely would stop back next time we are here.

Had a generator fail while at anchor. Motored into Roche Harbor and went to this shop thinking it would be a long-shot that they’d have the parts I needed. Not only did they have all the parts, Doug told me if it looked like I was getting in over my head, he could send someone over the same day. We’ll, I did and he had Luis come over. Luis absolutely rocked it! He squeezed into remote corners of my boat with the flexibility of a yoga instructor, had a delightful attitude and went beyond the initial repair to bring my generator up to better shape than when I bought the boat. After spending this COVID summer waiting months for crummy service elsewhere, it’s refreshing to see that this shop hasn’t forgotten what outstanding customer service looks like.

A troublesome diesel leak on my stbd engine cropped up while on an extended cruise. Doug with Roche Harbor Marine prioritized my situation and, within hours, Dan had identified & fixed the problem. I really appreciate Dan taking the time to explain the cause along with what I could do to prevent a reoccurrence. I would definitely use this company again - the price was reasonable and the service was stellar. Dan - your patience and professionalism are very much appreciated! July 2018
