Riverside 7 Seas Marine

Great service on my jet boat! Update: Riverside Marine is awesome, they recently helped me buy a boat in PA and then helped to import it into Canada after they did a full service on it. Could not be more satisfied with their service. Thanks for helping us get on the water overseas!!!

I would love to give an awesome review, however they have had my boat for almost 2 months, for something they told us would be a “simple fix.” We have been told we would be getting a call back several times, no call. 2 weeks ago today, we were told we would have it back by the weekend, but when my husband called a week later on friday, they were still working on the boat and said “the gimble bearing is stuck”….My husband has placed several calls since then, and nobody answers or returns his call. We read such great reviews and didn’t think this would be the case. Very upsetting because the men seemed like very personable people when we dropped our boat off. I will return with pictures of the date we receive our boat back.

Went to get my boat motor fixed. Brian was super friendly and very helpful. He did a wonderful job on it and had it done very fast.

Overhauled our engine and did a great job. Great service, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Helped us out more than once with all kinds of issues . Can't recommended enough.

I was there on a Sunday. The lady in the sales office was pleasant and helpful. She directed us to speak with the head wrench for our needs. He wasn't exactly a customer service representative, he did get the job done (moving some boats in to the water) but conversation and understanding was minimal. Generally he took care of us though.
